Mos Def was in Soulquarians and Andre 3k was with Badu and them at the time so I'd call them neo-soul. Idk about the last, maybe a pop song with some west African inspired drums

The thing here is less about genre and more about what specific take and era on a genre it is. Panties is soul in the vein of Marvin, the sensual spin on Detroit Motown soul from the early 70s

Prototype is also soul but a modern take on a Bootsy Collins esque style

Love Lockdown is post-Peter Gabriel synthpop with tribal music influence (also country influence melodically interestingly enough)
