Wayne albums has always been iffy. And it's not even hard to agree with this notion. Carter III is a classic based on impact but the music wasn't even prime Wayne.
Carter II was hus best rapping on an album bit arrtically he wasn't in his prime.
Prime Wayne never got that chance to drop an album. By the time Carter 3 came out, his styled changed so much and he started chasing hits
