This my first ever Zelda game.

Just finished Final Fantasy VII Remake. Square did an incredible job in realising Midgar and bringing these characters to life. You can tell that a lot of care went in to the game with how it stays true to the spirit of the original VII while ramping up the production values.

The ending sequence does scare me a little bit given Nomura’s tendency to fly off the rails at the expense of storytelling. I hope the writers have a story planned out for the sequels so the series doesn’t end up like Kingdom Hearts.

lot of double dash this past week being home for the holidays

left my gamecube with my family like a year ago and my 11-year old sister got so f***ing good lmao. we did all 16 courses in a row with no items to see who was better and we tied 8-8 all 3 times we tried it if you messed up one drift boost on a turn on the first lap you could do the rest of the race perfect and still lose

i was so proud of her and insecure about it at the same time. like dog, i was kicking people's ass at this game before you were even born
