I really love this. One thing I maybe hate how we treat some of the musicians we have in the public sphere, is where they came from? And it’s crazy we can see Meeks come up fr, but more importantly they made so much great music before their first “albums” and then we call them washed when really they had albums worth of music they had to put out to even come up before they were in the public eye.. and in Meeks case it was good rapping

I think about that alot. I feel like its an overlooked issue in music discussion due to the fact that its so critical to it.
like, we all be saying s*** like “this is an artists peak” or “this artist fell off” as if we really know the context of their entire artistry b4 they were really in the public eye (and some cases, after)
its lowkey unfair to artists. Its like they become part of a convo made by critics that only constricts the creators artistry. when all artists are really on the same playing field no matter when they blew or when they “fell off”

I should post in here more often
the last couple pages are all fye

I am trying to capture the feeling we had in late 2018 when this song dropped coupled with that iconic Spiderman movie.
