TheoryI think Post is an industry plant.
His official story is that he posted White Iverson, scrounged around his house looking for change to buy ciggys, came home and went to sleep, woke up to White Iverson getting reposted by Mac Miller and Wiz Khalifa and billowing tf up.
To me, seems unlikely that this professionally recorded and mixed song made by a solid ass producer was done by some broke boy who didn’t have enough money in his pocket to buy cigarettes, then blew up by getting reposted by huge artists who just happened to find the track.
He is also Kardashians' friend and they introduced him to Kanye

No musician has ever made it (since the late 90s or so), without industry connects or lots of money.
Today’s music climate is all about business people, who happen to make music or models who also happen to make music… Or just pure nepotism. That’s why music is so bad (to me) nowadays. My spotify is all artists from the 90s or before. The only recent album I’ve liked is Jay E’s AWT

Gorrilaz aren’t really a “band”, certain artist from other bands just come together and perform under that name and it’s different every project.
Hahahaha, no it's actually one of Damon Albarn's projects and apart from him there are like 3 or more same people working on every album, so it's not really a group, more like a solo but with accent on a guests.

Jay is a plant for sure but he’s legitimately talented so I let him slide for it.
I would have done the same for Jai if he didn’t lie about the leaks (and his music in general). At least Jay let’s his music speak for itself

I think 90% if not all Ye tweets post Yeezus (or maybe even earlier) are for promotion and not actually to express his feeling or whatever.

Maybe he did lie about the leaks but I feel Jai made his leak an even bigger deal… At least Jay had a project out prior to the release of the act 2 leaks.
Jai not only doesn’t have an official project out… But he released the same leak album to streaming 6 years later (plus 2 other mid songs).

Tom Tripp tried to do the same promotional strategy as Jai Paul with “aurelia”… near the end of the “demo”, a random DJ plug says on the song “this is not a finished song… it’s a rough song”. Just disgusts me how people don’t even consider the ramifications of lying.
So Jai Paul was getting radio play and sampled by Beyonce and Drake...only to lie about his "unfinished" music leaking and going into hiding for years to accomplish what exactly?
