Been chatting with this one person overseas technically for like 2-3 years now, and have no idea when tf their birthday is but someone suggested I should get them a gift.

The CD I’ve been thinking of gifting is either:

Into The Further - Matthew Santos

    Dime Trap - T.I

    Drogas Wave - Lupe

    Time Will Tell - Domani

    Desert Pirate - Thomas Leeb

HMU wit suggestions and let me know which album would be the best gift for this person? Haven’t met this person irl yet (maybe I will in the future) and don’t know anything about their music taste, though I should ask

Ask them about their favorite album and then get them a Deluxe edition of that

For now I’m assuming the person listens to like Turkish pop but at the same time I wanna put them onto American music

Well it's kinda hard to know what to get them if you have no idea about what they listen to.

Cant go wrong with Micheal Jackson though

if they're really into music I'd go with something that has critical acclaim, usually that translates well even if they aren't familiar with the sound.

It’s some person I’ve been in touch with through Instagram most likely, found them through my relatives (though not related to me)

Though I personally not interested in the album and lacked replay, maybe it could be good for them

i can't tell if this is a serious answer but I have recced Currents and Salad Days before to people, but it's not the same situation as OP cuz i was trying to introduce them to indie with accessible records for people not into music or who liked s*** like dad rock

Drogas Wave is a masterpiece, Dime Trap is becoming one of my favorite (shows god like production and mixing), and Time Will Tell is nice little relatable album, at least for me

Something they haven't heard but you like and think they will too

Create new memories with the album
