I don't think that sexual organs are necessarily a clear indication of one's gender. I could show you some beautiful trans women that you would have no idea that they have a p**** and you would think that they are cis women.

1. Its not really that weird and if youre a decent parent you can explain it to them. Kids are capable of grasping adult concepts.
