Right wing economics = means of production not owned by government. You can tax the s*** out of it and finance any government-funded social service you want. It's completely possible to implement.
Also even if SOME means of production are run by government, your economy may still be right-wing overall, just not far-right. For example you can have government-run medicine and private corporations running nature resources, etc. Still a right-wing economy
