Im not sure what caused this. Before this I was always pretty nice I think, or at least most of the time I was. Now I catch myself being casually mean and saying mean things quite often. Being a real bitter grump or being super judgmental.
This has ruined my relationship with any of the few friends I had, coworkers, even most of my internet friends. It has also caused me to make a horrible first impression for multiple people.
