Baby Keem wrote illmatic according to yall
the gymnastics are hilarious, there’s literal actual Quentin Miller references that you could go out and listen to right now, and we have armchair industry experts on this site that will assure you that somehow someway he was credited for his work
…but Kendrick’s references and/or songs were written by Keem or some secret other third writer that no one knows about

The guy who produced Greece was singing that chorus on IG a year before it came out
Keem is to Kendrick like what PND is to Drake
When will yall accept that your favorite rappers have writers?

using a producer's demo and turning it into a finished chorus for a big artist is not rare at all. especially when you're a pop star like Drake. I don't think OZ wrote the entire song either but i could be wrong

Multiple artists can record the same song. So if Kendrick dropped his version first and Jay Rock and Keem version leaked then that would make those reference tracks now?

Yet there’s never been a case where anyone doing a kendrick reference track has leaked, only the other way around

@Rockman it was originally supposed to be a drake ft on Oz project but then khaled got it. Dunno why everyone just thinks music is made the day or week it comes out. Coulda been done tbh
Redemption was ahead of its time. Listen to his flows, sounds very similar to Keem/Kendrick recently
well they both worked on the album lol

no kendrick is to keem like what Biggie was to lil kim. just a way for him to get his s*** off that he usually wouldn’t release

Why are you @ ing me like you are correcting anything I'm saying lol
Yes, Oz wrote the chorus for a song that is mostly a chorus and Drake karaoke'd and released it

Yes if Kendrick dropped a song and reference demos for his songs came out by Jay Rock or Baby Keem that's how that works

Are you choosing to be ignorant? Artists get the same song from writers all the time. Similar to when an artist sends a song to multiple artists for a feature verse but only using one of them or none at all.
Why would he do this ? Just has a lot of left over songs he’ll never use ?
To help his family out, he believes in Keem and wants him to succeed

Why did DAMN sound so much like Keem ? No other Kendrick project sounds like DAMN but Die For My B**** sounds similar to DAMN

Keem before DFMB don't sound like that. To me it's pretty clear Kendrick writes for him, especially with the reference songs that leaked
Keem has been ghost writing for Kenny for years
I bet his english essays in highschool were great

But Kendrick didn't always sound like how he did on DAMN. How did he just start sounding like a SoundCloud rapper like on Humble, God, and Element after coming from TPAB ?

Clearly he's a fan of Kodak, X, other rappers from that era lol
Assuming Keem writes for Kendrick when there's no reference tracks but there is reference tracks for Kendrick writing for Keem is mental gymnastics
