all 4 will be seasons themed

one acoustic chill like island in the sun

one summer beach boys crunchy (pacific sunset and rules of life are contender for it)

one dance rock like franz ferdinand (julian casablancas song maybe on it)

and one singer songwriter type like elliott smith inspired

hell yeah it’s only jan and we got AOTY the mixing is so tight man, very emotional lyrics like numbers or dead roses if you read up the story behind it hits differently

i know you have, you’re a hustler and a winner get it boi

mirror image is soty man, so beautiful in every aspects and layers of it...

man there’s so many songs to go back to, love it that they made it 30mins short it’s always dangerous to play with orchestra and not go over board but they kept it seeet short - weezer hooks and harmonies through it and killer drum fills, it’s emotional and cuts deep yet has bunch of bops which im so thankful for in an album of this concept where it would be so easy to just dive into slow dramatic theatrical songs but rivers knew he had to keep it fun

also the transitions man so flawless 🥵
