through out my horrible week weezer has greatly helped me to just like cop with s*** and block out, just by sharing stuff with you or songs that relates which i could connect to and keep to myself

Yeah I am I mean its kinda on and off, in a sad way this has brought me really close to my family. Like id never really talk at all to anyone or open up but this situation changed that and im grateful that it did it just sucks it took a tragedy to make that happen, but i guess thats how it usually goes. Also going on walks helps alot for me to destress and calm down or really just being in nature in general if you can you should definitely try that out when things are getting too rough
