At the end of the day I feel it must be kinda hard to manage all of this tbh it's not like he has a big company and lots of employees or whatever he's kinda doing it on his own so it's bound to be flawed I guess

My advice : "don't shoot yourself in the legs"

There are people who have asked to be more and he hasn't hired them yet but kept asking who wanted to be and made it very clear there's a lack of mods on the site

'of course he's human and can burn out, I wish him well fr

He maybe needs to learn how to trust mods and delegate tasks more efficiently
