Same s*** with me man, what's even scarier is when you check an app for messages close it and just reopen it the same second without even thinking about it. I really think these algorithms is what has society's mental health dropping and overtime our attention spans are gonna be completely f***ed. Mine already is from being like this for a couple years so it is pretty scary looking into the future of it

Songs about tripping on acid and in last verse I talked about realizations I've made about society. Should be out tomorrow but maybe not idk I still have a lot of work to do

yep and we are still in these early stages of development of tech.I really am scared for the younger generation and how they will develop.
Finding an escape its a must,whether its movies books or other media or something else it doesnt matter

S*** really makes me wanna become a monk sometimes as wild as it sounds. I think spirituality is a good outlet to free yourself from it but at the same time it also holds you back from it

Facts, if I have kids I'm gonna make sure they don't get sucked into it like I have. I just hope more people wake up to it. Things like that one netflix documentary that came out put some light on it but like everything else it was a short trend that died off and nobody took seriously

true tbh, im glad we had this conversation in here cus it brought me back into my spiritual journey that's been on pause for a little while now
Also I watched that interview it made me wanna start meditating but it's so hard to get into
