I remember I had these frozen burgers and it was all I had to eat and I was starving. I tried to defrost them in water and the outside got soggy as s*** and inside was still frozen. They came our worse then fast food tier burgers it was awful

When you try to make it from scratch they fall apart so easy. I learned a method mr Ramsey showed that has kinda landed me with some goat whole made burgers skills
