Drake stans when its time to actually listen to music instead of looking at excel spread sheets

No conversation or discussion to be had about how they might disagree with my assessment of the album (which is fair, my opinion isn't automatically right)
But instead "Well x amount of stans listen to Y continuously, therefore...."
Drake stans when its time to actually listen to music instead of looking at excel spread sheets

They are just listening to Nokia
This is also simply not true.
Final projections for this past week have SWAG at 33K and $$$4U at 23K - hitsdailydouble.com/charts/hits-top-50/2025-08-22
Now below is the singles charts projections for same week for biggest songs on both albums -
x.com/talkofthecharts/status/1958427288229564521
Daisies is projected to do 94K single units while Nokia is to do 51K single units. The ratio is 10 single units to an album unit.
so -
9.4K of SWAG's 33K this week came from it's biggest song - 28%
5.1K of $$$4U's 23K this week came from it's biggest song - 22%
Neither album is heavily reliant on it's biggest song (relatively), but currently SWAG is more reliant on it's biggest song.
If you omit the biggest song off both albums, the last sales week numbers get even closer - just a bit less than 6K apart - with one album being 5 months older than the other.
The fact we equating numbers = quality of product STILL is crazy
the fact were still denying the correlation between sales and quality in 2025 is crazy

i wasnt responding to your assessment of the album. I was responding to -
The only ones still gassing up $$$4U as a whole at this point are Drake Stan’s. Everyone else knows that s*** was a 5 course meal of midpack
This is untrue, as sales show many people are still enjoying the album, not soley Nokia like you posted and deleted.

Ofc we still denying it, because it's true.
I've heard albums that sold 30K first week that were beautiful, albums that lived with me. They didn't get the love they deserved but it didn't stop me from appreciating what it had to offer.
Carter VI did 108K first week and guess what? It's still a massive pile of s***.
I'm being generous with my assessment of $$$4U. Drake has a large very very loyal fanbase who keeps the album spinning in rotation. No powerpoint presentation on a***ytics is going to change the actual quality of the music on that album, which was...less then stellar.

I deleted it because @vicesvotive already said it

sales are relative. 108K is not good for a Lil Wayne solo album. It's his lowest solo album first week sales to date. it shows the album was trash
and 30K for artists like Lucki for example are also great. as again, sales are relative.
and like all data sets there are outliers - but there is definitley correlation between sales and quality.
I deleted it because @vicesvotive already said it
well you were both wrong as i showed
I mess with $$$4U but it feels more of a collection of songs as the title implies rather than an album.

@uhhhhhh
This is also simply not true.

I don't want to discredit your calculations cause it is very insightful on how a big single drives album sales
But I hate this a normal part of music discourse now
$$$4U is unfortunately for y'all AOTY
CLA$$$IC
