Well, I recalled the collection having a lot of context-shifted internet and pop-culture references so that’s what I was referring to, but after revisiting it I don’t really see as much of that as I thought. Maybe a bit too much eboy stuff but I’m not sure that qualifies as postmodern

I definitely feel like the tik tok influence is more mature and less superficial in this collection than the previous one, and I do think in general the modernity works in his favor. Happy to be discussing Hedi, wish I could afford anything recent smh
