Potatoes, carrots, onions and a bit of milk and butter and then mash it.
And some black pepper on top

The ones who made it for me just called it stampot. Iirc it was a bit more greener in terms of texture

Hutspot is way better, I donβt really like boerenkool that much.
Try some hutspot or make it yourself, really easy
i managed to find a bottle of Chartreuse so I made my first Last Word
so crisp but with such depth, immaculately layered and herbaceous
