napa cabbage instead of savoy
hand chopped/ground chicken thighs
added some mirin + a bit of sesame oil to the meat mix
and made a more classic sukiyaki sauce to top rolls (w a bit of fish sauce added)
i saw other recipes when i was looking this up that had vermicelli noodles instead of rice but i just had rice at home lolpretty good felt v healthy and light
good way to use those green napa cabbage leaves no one likes
