Do you marinate the fish? I gotta try this

marinated fish for prolly like 30ish minutes with

Bragg liquid aminos (soy sauce substitute)
sesame oil
rice vinegar
pinch of salt and sugar
sesame seeds

sometimes I drizzle kewpie mayo/siracha on it but I was out, so just soy sauce to taste
