What's the no sugar entail? Not adding sugar to things, no foods with processed sugars over a certain amount?

no added sugar would be cutting items with additional sugar added (like granulated type sugar) you can usually just check this on the nutrition facts for a item (it will have total sugar grams and added sugar grams)
no sugar in general would be more rigorous and you would probably limit or cut items like rice or some fruits that contain naturally occurring sugar, would be pretty hard tho (like tom Brady type diet maybe)
