What about kicha fit fit or fata? U fw those?

Never heard it called kitcha fit fit but hell yeah
(Kitcha is bread that's covered in the main spice that's used in Eritrean/Ethiopian cuisine - berbere (my favorite spice) - and often paired with sour cream)
My mom always made fit fit with mashed up injera (I talked about this a little bit in my first response) and refered to kitcha as just the bread but apparently you can mash up either and mix in berbere/other stuff
If I remember correctly, the restaurant you posted from the chef/food podcaster that you f*** with that went there had it as an appetizer which makes sense (they'll ask you about coffee too, which is an extremely important part of not only the cuisine but the culture as a whole so just know that's available/good if you f*** with it, tea should also be available too)
Don't remember the word fata or never heard it since that might be Amharic (main language of Ethiopia) but I think I've had it and even if I haven't I looked it up and know the flavors/stuff that's in it well enough to know that it's good asf too
You could definitely go kitcha as an appetizer, injera with whatever you want to pair it with as your main entree and the ful as dinner and be soooo good all day
Make sure you come hungry as hell and/or smoked up though because this is very filling and powerful food
Everything but the cheese but I should look into that
Don't f*** with dairy or meat nearly as much now a days

Eating with your hands >>>
I feel like you can get away with that with everything but the injera honestly
Cause utensils just turn injera into fit fit
When your hands manage a clean wrap and get all the right flavors in there >>>
