    pan fried little bits of pork belly then added pre-made jajangmyun sauce from korean market + spoonful of korean chili flake + spoonful of rice wine vinegar + noodles

    def better than chacharoni/chapaghetti and almost as easy to make but not as good as restaurant version. tbh wasnโ€™t too crazy about the little cubes of potato in the store bought sauce. donโ€™t think Iโ€™ve ever had potatoes in restaurant jajangmyun

    okokok so italian ragus are meat sauces that have tomato in them (so like mostly meat, then tomato)

    whereas italian american ragu sauce is like tomato sauce + meat

    bolognese sauce is actually a ragu, its called ragu bolognese (ragu from bologna made with various ground beef including beef diaphragm)
    fire video on very traditional bolognese:

    i honestly stan this channel its so informativ
