As corny as it sounds I was watching this video of some guy explaining how people don’t really die from old age, we die from the toxins we take in overtime which weakens our bodies.
This is technically true, but not actually some kind of profound advice. No matter how careful you are, you’re going to hit an age where your cells are next to worthless and you end up dying from some common and normally innocuous ailment.

but i bought a grapefruit 2 add in it bc i was like haha grapefruit sounds nice
the grapefruit RUINED it 
made it so bitter
i added half a can of coconut milk and then half a lemon and a banana and then hella honey to try 2 rescue it
and then ran it through the ice cream maker with some greek yogurt
bf described the current sorbet thing as an "acquired taste" ijeoifjeofjweoi
we hav a whole ass bigass tub of it 2 omg
