    With a fine strainer or like with a cheese cloth?

    Like you don’t need to squeeze the juice out do you?

    @ROVO
    idk if u still r trying 2 make al pastor
    start at like 5:25
    but they cook it at 275-300F for 3 hrs and say u can do it in da oven or the grill

    the end result looks p nice (before they flamethrower it lol)

    they just poke a skewer the meat/pineapple, put it in a big pan, wrap it in foil so it stays up

    u could probably turn it around halfway so it cooks more evenly on all sides if ur oven/grill has hot spots

    I think the issue is if you cook on a grill or in an oven theres not a continual heat source after making your first cut so only the first cut is truly cooked correctly

    Otherwise there’s really no benefit to stacking it, you may as well just cook the individual pieces on a grill

    I like the aluminum foil hack though bc I saw that was a common thing was that the pineapple condenses and softens and the whole thing topples over lol

    ohhh,,,,, if u do it in the oven you might be able to set the oven racks up so that the skewer goes past an upper rack? and then put a wire cookie rack on top of said upper rack so the skewer top is trapped in the cookie rack hole???

    couldnt u stick it back in da oven on broil
