    i tried using these weird kelp noodles for da galbi tang and they were rly good

    Acacia Deeper Plate Dia24xH5cm -- nice size bowl plate
    Acacia Bowl Dia10xH5cm -- tiny ass bowl for like sauces and like dips

    Acacia Bowl Dia20xH8cm -- big bowl for like noodle soups and stuff
    Acacia Plate Dia30xH2.5cm -- bigass plate
    they restock on things every few weeks

    pre packaged eel/unagi. Just thaw then broil for like 10min. Obvs not as good as getting it at a Japanese restaurant tho.

    yesterday lunch we went to this vegan chinese american joint called fat choy.... it was sorta like mission chinese tbh
    mission chinese makes everything od salty but this joint adds vinegar 2 deadass everything lmao 😭


    rice rolls, sticky rice dumplings were both good... both had vinegar sauces

    mushroom filled sesame bread... didnt like the filling but the bread hit, bok choy in da back.... both had vinegar pickles

    then got boba from the new not-boba-guys boba guys

    had leftover cornbread and soup for dinner

    then today
    broiled mackerel, tofu w bonito and stuff on top, miso soup, rolled omelette, hijiki, and natto for lunch


    pan fried chicken (recipe: youtube.com/watch?v=Z3gOJF1qnXM), korean pancake w broccoli
    the chicken was yummy and the sauce was fire but the breast got kinda dryπŸ˜₯
    then again ig thats just what u get when u cook it whole

    It’s like a combo between tomato sauce and alfredo

    It normally comes out orange/pink hence the name

    had 2 make quesadilla bc @p_p made me crav dem

    lumch yesterday... cooked the rest of the chicken breast we had left frm the panfried chicken in some spices and a lil bit of salsa verde
    based dem on dis guys quesadilla: youtube.com/watch?v=vAnxmq8YGtM, flour tortilla recipe: seriouseats.com/recipes/2015/05/soft-chewy-flour-tortillas-recipe.html (i made .75 of the recipe and rolled out 4 tortillas total for bigger quesadilla-sized tortillas)

    reheated waffles for dinner w banana ice cream (banana + oatmilk and a lil bit of orange marmalade)
