I didn’t really like basics with Babish either honestly

But I’ve only seen 1-2 of those whereas I’ve watched at least 10 normal Babish vids

Basics are real good imo,learned to make a lot of stuff.

Never knew people disliked babish like that tho lol he gotta be my fave

Only guy here I’ve heard of is Matty Mattheson and I like him but not so much to be educational, he’s just really entertaining

Seems like a fun guy to have a drink with and he clearly knows what he’s doing so it’s fun to watch him cook some s*** and hear him talk

But I never watch his videos to learn how to cook something and I don’t think he makes them with that intention

he has som good tips tbh
ive made his fried chicken b4 and i dont really really like a pickle brine (i prefer lemon herb) but the brine followed w a few hr buttermilk soak as opposed 2 just a quick dip is goat
