never had sweet potato fries tbh
edit: i had them at school once but i don't think that counts
Don’t sleep, I would also recommend having it with honey
I figured out a way to cook the pork for the tacos but now I have to find the ingredients
My normal grocery store doesn’t have the peppers so I gotta hit up a Mexican grocery store and hope they have it

Can I get info on that yellow cast iron pot. I need one exactly like that
Thanks fam, how’s your tacos going
I am having trouble finding a feasible way to cook it
I don’t want to just make thin slices of pork and grill them, I want to marinate them and make a trompo and cook it
Problem is I don’t have one of those spinny things they use to cook shawarma and they’re too expensive to justify buying it for the amount of use it would get
I can put the whole thing upright in the oven but I heard it doesn’t taste very good that way
Found a way online that supposedly works great by stacking your pork pieces in a loaf pan and making a meatloaf almost with stacked meat that you then slice and regrill but idk it doesn’t feel like it’s the same. But that’s probably the best way

They’re literally like sweet fries
Why does that one time not count
it was when i was at school nd for a long time I said "I don't like sweet potato fries" then when i told someone where i tried them they said it didn't count so I didn't make the rule

yeah it's not too hard, I used to work at a sushi restaurant in my early years as a teen and I still know how to make it to this day lol. I wasn't a sushi chef or cook or anything, but I always found the time to try and learn from the sushi chef himself when there was spare time available in his restaurant.

think i watched an episode of a tv show that focused on it once and the only thing i remember is really sharp knives
never had sushi but I'd like to try it even though I usually don't love fish
