sauciers are actually one of the more important chefs/highest positions in a kitchen behind head chef and sous chef

Garlic Parm and Desert Heat bone in. Desert Heat is good. Has a slight sweetness to it. Dont care for wet Garlic Parmesan. I prefer dry GP so these were a no for me.

Fries suck ass. Shouldve gotten wedges. Mozz sticks were good.
