    Pizza?

    I remember when my mom had us make homemade pizza, it was crappy looking but tasted so good.

    I went to other pizza shops and was disappointed or disgusted.

    So I joined pizza making forum and learned everything from there. I saw other bad ass pizza makers and told myself "I won't stop until I get as good as them, no matter what,"

    When I f***ed up I raged but slowly and surely I improved and became what I am now. Tbh I surpassed some of the people I asked advice for.

    To get exceptional at pizza making, you have to give it your absolute 100% effort, and leave nothing on the table. You have to never settle for less and ALWAYS want to improve. It's extremely difficult and will probably take a person 8 months to a year but it's worth it.

    Have you ever worked for a pizza restaurant? I did for a year and got real good but it must be tough if youre only doin one at a time. I worked super bowl Sunday and made probably 300+ pizzas in one day

    I worked at mellow mushroom for almost a year. While everyone else saw it as a paycheck. I took the opportunity to hone it my skills.

    At mellow mushroom they stretch the dough by hand, a guy named Joseph taught me how to bench stretch on the table.

    Working there improved my skills considerably. It was a horrible job nonetheless.
