ok it was this epiphany cake similar to the french galette de rois but the middle was black bean paste--felt like anko filling but dryer and not sweet or mosit enough

this little fried donut covered chocolate inspired by a mexican candy--just wasnt like chocolatey enough idk i needed some depth

idk if there was a fourth thing idr
but the concha was good
