2nd best potatoes i ever had besides the ones i boiled in marinade

nahh boiling potatoes is the way to go

boil them till they soft af

mix a "marinade" or sauce with butter, buffalo sauce, chili oil, garlic, soy sauce, some seasoning, heat that up

sautee boiled potatoes in the marinade for a few minutes
