first time i’ve seen her do all the “classics”(choco, ham and cheese, almond, morning bun) on one menu

tomato “pie” - roasted heirloom tomatoes + basil onion cheddar parmesan on a round croissant

the perfect chocolate croissant

almond croissant w strawberry passion fruit jam

smoked ham + fontina croissant w a touch of dijon mustard

pistachio coffee crumble cake w peach butter

zucchini cake w watermelon molasses buttercream + cream cheese and hemp seeds

saving both of the cakes for tom as usual

I had 2 montreal smoked meat sandwiches from Schwartz in montreal. A place so good another bourdaine went there on his show. They’ve been in business for 100 years and literally pretty much just sell smoked meat sandwiches, fries and poutine.
The sandwich is just smoked meat, mustard and fresh baked rye bread.
Then you pair that with a pickle on the side so the sharp brine, cuts through the richness of the meat.
Holy f***, I almost get goosebumps eating this thing.
Anybody that visits Montreal or New York needs to get a smoked meat sandwich done like this. It is life changing.
Hands down my favourite food I’ve ever had in this city.

Was wondering if anyone could help me order some Chinese food tonight

I was going to order orange chicken chow mien and chicken fried rice

but there is one dish my mom use to get when i was a kid it was a tiny box of chicken with peppers in it and the chicken was kinda spicy it wasn't glazed with anything just fried with peppers

can anyone tell me what that is i cant seem to find it on any of these restaurants to order do not quote me without answer thx
