I gotta stop doing this thing where I forget to take a pic until the last few bites lol. This was originally half an entire raw salmon, with a bit of salt and everything bagel seasoning (I tried the poke sauce twice, but it was way too overpowering and salty, but here I can actually taste the fish), over a whole pot of rice with furikake seasoning. Was very good.![]()
Had to learn to eat these dishes slower. I’m used to taking large bites and hardly chewing my food, but it’s such a waste of a fresh meal like this to not savor every bite.

Steak medium rear
Ribs

I ended up not making what I originally planned and just made mashed potatoes and meatballs with onion gravy but I forgot to take a pic until after I ate it all
