Pizza Huts in the Midwest have taco pizza on their menus. Its pretty good.

bark barbecue -- brisket, beef rib, chicharron
we got rice n beans, plantains, mac, coleslaw, and cornbread sides
highly recommend

little myanmar--we got a ton of food
the tea leaf salad w rice, roti w yellow peas, and chicken coconut curry noodle were the best

also... we went up 2 vermont for the weekend
