plantsnot a great pic but this the main part of my lunch every weekday. my wife makes it for me bless her
ezekiel wrap with hummus, mustard, and usually another spicy thang which rn is tjs peri-peri sauce (fermented foods are life). then some marinated tofu, bell pepper, green onion, and sum leafy greens, and then I nuke sum frozen falafel at work and put that in right before eating.
