what a random film to pick lmao
there's like a million titles i'd rather see on a huge screen before seeing Uncut Gems. I was fine watching it on my TV
I think it’s because uncut was on Netflix and cinemas same time.
Although I loved my theatre experience with uncut gems, people were shook

Lol I just chose it cause he said Endgame wasn't peak cinema, I had a full theatre and you could feel the tension
if i’m watching a movie at home i’m more likely to check my phone while watching, being in a theater forces me to give it my full attention
Das kinda a you problem bro
Idk how its gonna be in Europe cause I don't think you guys have Max, but its gonna be simultaneously in theatres and on Max for a month, then leaves Max and stays in theatres until it would normally come out on VOD
oh okay so that doesn't seem that bad at all
the people who really want to see things in the theater are gonna pick that option over watching it at home anyway ig
at least i know i will
Lol rest in piss cinemas !!!!!!!!

You a Youngboy fan, you can't even afford Spotify let alone HBO Max
If we being real this is a smart move and the best option. With everything going on I’d rather have this option to watch at home than have movies be pushed back another 2-3 years. Because that just pushes back the follow up project they had planned.

True true but if it’s no extra cost on HBO Max, that’s really making it hard to rationalise going to the cinema

i watched 100+ movies in theatres last year shut up kid lol

If anything it makes me want to support the cinemas even more tbh
I only go to films i'm really anticipating anyway, so if i had to pick i'd rather spend a lil money every few months if it helps the cause
There's just something about watching films on a big screen, especially when it's on a huge scale
no way i'm gonna see Godzilla beating Kongs ass at home on a small screen
Crazy how Max was already in for a good year just off their continued improvements, original content and Snyder Cut alone but now

we’ll see, WB always f*** up somehow, vaccine dropping soon aswell
It’s crazy that just last year all the theaters were getting their subscription plans going just for them to be shuttered
Like A-List was a gold mine then a pandemic happened

snyder cut, dune, matrix 4 and the most hyped tv shows(Euphoria, Insecure, Succession)
Netflix gotta be shook rn
