Frank's whole entire schtick is being unavailable/unaccessible.

Hence the reason why Blonde on vinyl is hundreds and hundreds of dollars on eBay or the Boys Don't Cry mag he put all that time into was only released online one time (for $99.) Hence the reason he hasn't dropped an album in 5 years.

So to everyone saying "you're complaining about bad customer service and we were in a pandemic" that is very much not the issue here.

Him and his team opening a luxury goods store (with multiple pieces being insanely expensive) is a little weird considering him and his team are notoriously bad at all things customer service

Yeah his blonde and endless vinyls also took quite a while (at least a year for endless I think) so he has a reputation now

But this is the first time he had to do this mass refund thing. I’m sure everyone will get their refund it’s just difficult, my refund was complicated and I’m sure others are as well
