Around the 30 min mark, took another super small bump, didn’t really notice much difference
Idk might get one last solid go at it and call it a night, I have s*** to do tomorrow and I already feel like a bum doing this. Can experiment more later, didn’t even finish a quarter of the pill lol.

It’s a little cathartic at first, adrenaline rush. Just kinda mildly uncomfortable after that. Never been painful for me, but it’s pretty terrible for you if you do it on a regular basis
