I been soul searching
Doing round 2 this month of the usher and Chris Brown tour. Might see Doja when she comes here debating. Saving coins for Drake tour whenever he announces

I love the s*** che's been putting out but I also def have some level of rage fatigue
I've actually been burnt out on rage for years at this point but a few artists keep roping me back in
Psykotic is one of my most listened albums of the decade, I played RIB and Encore a ton too
Back on the point of "rage fatigue" and how that relates to Che's recent output- I think the reason I can only listen to his new stuff in small doses is just how dense these songs are. He's rapping fr, beats are crazy, voice versatility top notch, but you gotta be so lasered in on the song if you actually want to take it in. If I'm just listening to music passively, it starts to register as a lot of harsh noise packed into a small space.
Whereas with something like Psykotic, Osama is still throwing enough melodic/catchy s*** at you that you can listen casually and halfway sing along while you're busy doing something else
Not that that in and of itself makes Psykotic better. I'm just a busy guy and when I do get the chance to fully focus on music, It's usually at night when I'm not in the mood for some ear splitting cookie monster voice s***
Yeah, um.
I kind of appreciate this run more than the REST IN BASS era. (As well as Sayso Says.)
Hot take.
But it feels more avant-garde and definitely abrasive and I suppose eclectic.
Which is why I feel about it this way.

Rage is just too fatiguing and some people have taken it too fast you can only listen to it for so long depending on what situation you’re in
Hi Spice.
hiiiiii
What made cartunez excellent is that Ken gave the music space to breathe and paces the listener i feel like opium artists are the only ones to really understand that
