Im pretty sure he changed it because of "delusions of reference". when you have some mental issues, you can believe things are communicating to you. Like when it happened to me it would be like these numbers are a sign that what im doing is right, or a movie or a games religious symbols are related to my life. He had that happen to him in the context of Ye in the bible. Where whenever it said Ye, it was like he was being communicated to directly. It's ok to entertain the ideas if you believe them, as long as it doesn't disrupt your quality of life. Give it a google if you're interested!

You don't need schizophrenia to have these. They can happen in manic episodes and psychosis. He doesn't have it and neither do I. He did have a psychotic break a few years ago though. (schizophrenia is basically permanent psychosis, which you don't need to have this)
