Agreed. And I'll buy it regardless, but for 20 bucks it should be the CD with digital download. Problem is people don't buy physical anymore, and nobody wants to pay a full 20 for digital only. People just stopped thinking of music as something to purchase, and that's the uphill battle he's fighting. However, if he sold digital copies for 5 bucks I think he could get a lot of people to buy, and maybe more artists would follow suit.
