i understand what youre trying to do with it but obviuously you understand the moral and ethical difference is not comparable

When the people making the music are getting scraps and having to sign predatory deals to livebro is using his product to squeeze as much money as possible out doing listening parties with expensive tickets, minimal stage costs and selling merch. he makes millions and millions off the music both directly and as a biproduct
i dont like this idea hes doing it as an FU to the streaming services when really hes doing it for the greed. he just had a fully independent #1 probably made more off that album than almost any artist ever by percentage
