And is a better constant play than Donda (even tho the highs in Donda are amazing af)

I'm conflicted, because his verses on Vultures are objectively better than most on JIK, but JIK and all his other albums felt like they had more soul and character than Vultures. Maybe it's just because it's a collab album. I feel somewhat similarly about WTT.

It's a collab album with Ty Dolla. You aren't getting the personal expression on the levels of his solo albums on here and that's a given. But you likely won't even get the fun songs like Do It on his solo albums.
Ultimately I'm judging the album for what it is, and its way better than JIK and like all releases in that regard this year so far for me.

I don't mind him cleaning up the album at all if he re-records, censoring by muting words just won't work on some songs here.
Atleast with Donda, the songs didn't have that many words to be censored, s*** like Field Trip will be muted for half the duration.

Fair enough. I enjoy Vultures, and I think it puts most of what he did on JIK to shame, but for some reason I'm not drawn to it like I am to any of his other albums.

I think Ty will, it does say he's re-recording verses (and he's a beast work ethic wise) but yes I don't see the features or Ye doing that.
