That's not the point. Y'all are just sad. Drakes SFG changed how we made mixtapes, everyone knows this. Just like everyone knows that Drake didn't invent original tracks in mixtapes. He the first up and coming rappers to put out a mixtape of almost entirely original music changing the idea of it. Typically a couple of tracks might be original music. You don't have to like Drake but stop trying to change history.
Without SFG according to J. Cole The Warm Up is a bunch of Freestyles until then.im not reading all of that man

Interview from 2008 he's talking about working on KLEP and he mentions that it's all original music...even talks about working on GKMC and it's concept
No way a music artist consistently working on music shocking.
I'm sure he was working on The KLEP in 2008 as he was working on his debut album since 04. At one point it was Before I Commit Suicide at one point there was gonna be a 2010 EP with the heart part 1 as it's MV/Single.
In reality though before I commit suicide doesn't come out. Concept is changed further into good kid maad city which at one point was considered more of a mixtape. Regardless C4 mixtape is recorded during 2008 because it's releases January of 2009. Feb 09 is SFG June 09 is The Warm Up
Dec 09 is Kendrick Lamar EP. Idk why we keep having to rewrite almost two decades ago.
