Who helped me write on“Connect” is this girl Kenza. She’s a great girl and a phenomenal poetry writer. We just sit together and come up with the best way to say things. Only thing that'll truly break my heart is if I find out he isn't penning his most personal/lyrical songs. He can get assistance for all these other vibey tracks as much as he wants because it's clear what he's really going for are the flows and cadences. And even if he wasn't using any of their lyrics but only used their cadences, that'd still count as them co-writing those songs with him so it's really whatever.
