only reason i can think this would be left off more life/scorpion is for strategic reasons related to the subject matter

songs like that would give the impression of drake at the end of his run like where jay-z is, but his brand is not trying to give off that vibe yet, he's not winding down but just hitting his stride

Bad is the epitome of understatement.

His biggest flaw musically has been the amount of elite records he's given away or left off his albums.

But even w/that, nothing is as egregious as leaving Vital off an album. Nothing tops this being left off

there are probably more vital tier songs in his vault we don't know about

Because ovo has no idea what a good album track is anymore and more concerned with what songs they can play on road in the club.

It’s almost insane how some of you don’t understand that Scorpions actual concept/vision for this album was changed after the Pusha beef (he released 3 singles prior and Removed Scorpion from his bio). Him leaving off a good song like Vital( which 40 said he loved ) is a good thing because again it would have been forgotten like most songs on Scorpion

How does that make sense?? Feel No Ways, Keep The Family Close, Teenage Fever, Lose You are examples of tracks being brought down/forgotten because of the weight of more popular songs on albums.

Then Don’t Leak his Music tf. People leak his music and over criticize then complain when they don’t see it on an album. You and probably everyone else in this thread have that song on your phone & what does he gain?? Leaks are killed especially when y’all share it around the internet because the artist had their creative process (which is sacred to most) impeded on and they want the music to be fresh. Him not putting Vital on an album (which has been dumbed down to Kanye Disses and Love Songs) was his decision.
