“A lot of missteps in 2018”

You seem like an alright guy Goo but you can’t be mad at Kanye cause Nas wasn’t keeping up with the beats given to him

Those beats were trash. Nas needs hard beats that knock. Kanye’s soft ass beats were doing nothing for nas

Sure, Nasir had a couple bad beats. ye was far from perfect production wise. Production also includes sequencing and transitions among other things, so yeah, Ye had some missteps.

Nas was the one f***ing up the beats man if Pusha had them Nasir beats

Lmao nah, Cops Shot the Kid and White Label are flat out bad.

The great beats (Bonjour, Adam and Eve, Simple Things) are the ones Nas did justice.

Post 2010 Nas only need to retire I don't know what the f*** you're talking about this man is f***ing up every beat he touches now like even Hit-Boy had a go at it and the album turned out to be extra mid

King's Disease was the best album of 2020. He also kills every feature left and right, every throwaway. Stop talking.

Kings disease was okay and I think hit boy is a pretty mid producer

Nas’ voice and rapping has aged like fine wine. You’re blaming Nas instead of the producers he chooses

Cops Shot the Kid had potential but was left unfinished and scattered. Nas' performance was average at best but that beat sucks balls imo

Nas has made a better track with a similar concept many years earlier

Also on this remix his flow sounds a lot smoother and compliments the beat much more.

Ye as a producer should've made sure everything sounds smooth, that's the difference between a beatmaker and a producer.

Hit Boy was incredible on King's Disease tbh. That album is just too good.

King's Disease (intro), Car #85, All Bad, Full Circle, 10 Points, The Cure, etc.. crazy album.

Slick Rick should've had a feature tbh, he would've killed it. He also appeared in the music vid

Nasir could've been a really solid album if it wasn't so rushed tbh

Made ppl think Nas and Kanye have 0 chemistry which isn't true. They always did well together before that album.

He can't keep up with beats anymore man was off beat on literally every beats he got his hands on in the last decade.
As much as I love prime Nas he's just not it anymore we gotta be honest about this
