IMO if FM! is a commentary on the rap market and the commodification of gun violence etc., I think this could be seen as Vince's attempt to write songs that live outside of that economy, b/c this album is so subdued and quiet

Yeah FM! sounds like him laying into that sound and this sounds like him leaning away from it for sure

I can't believe people itt were saying this sounds like FM last night
People were saying that?
Do these fools listen to music or just skim through it?
This growing on me ngl, feels more like an EP than an album tho
All his stuff feels like an ep
Upon 2nd listen...
Take Me Home is still the clear standout
A very slightly above average project from someone that I'd consider Top 5 from the 2010s

A whole lotta people exposed themselves in here last night
On first listen it wasn’t for me. The lyrics might be better than they initially seem but the beats are boring and repetitive.

keep it a buck with u I don’t remember seeing anyone last night say this album SOUNDED like FM!
Ran it back a few times in the whip and I’m still not feeling it like that. It’s decent just not for me
Still anticipating whatever he dropping next but I don’t think I’ll be keeping this in rotation fr
Niggas was saying this sounds like Vince doing generic pop trap
I do remember this post tho lol
The fact that no Vince project sounds alike
