a kendrick d***sucker complaining about voices lmao
Bruh didn’t even say anything crazy
You niggas always act emo in these artist threads man
The annoying thing about Vince fans on this site is them always wanting a BFT every f***ing time the man drops a project. Bruh let that s*** go, he’s never making another album that sounds like that again
ESPECIALLY when dumb niggas HATED on that album when it first dropped to the point Vince had to keep mentioning in interviews following that people calling it "white people music" are stupid considering we invented that style first.
Alchemist would’ve f***ing ate with Vince’s laid back flow

one of my fav off this album.
Like 6th listen, this album is so good
Keeps getting better, easily a top 3 Vince project
people talkin bout not liking Vince's "new" flow when he said he just started rapping how he actually talks lol. Which actually works tbh.

I was definitely one of the ones calling that s*** white boy music for gangbangers lmfao
I’ll take this new wave he been on the past couple years over that any day of the week.
I felt like that with a couple tracks till I went in the car
No matter what tho I think people can at least say this is an extemely solid effort of a release
The production is refined as hell
I'm just not feeling the monotone deliveries, samey deliveries too much
Liked it up to track 8, from there on it felt the same
I'll play in a lot of different situations tho
one of my fav off this album.
Forgot about this. Such a good track.

Yeah I kinda feel that. I wasn’t liking VS but the production really elevated on this one. Just a real laid back, smooth late night vibe on this record

it's just funny. vince always been releasing albums that be taking years for people to actually f*** with lmfao.
Imagine shoving an album that has Law Of Averages (one of my fav Kenny beats), Take Me Home, and Shining on it bruh lmao.
it's all cool. One of my fav rappers been having a flawless discography since Stolen Youth.

Yeah, I get the flow criticism - I personally like how is voices falls into the pockets around the beats. It’s almost like the monotone delivery is part of the atmospheric production and works as an instrument itself.
Vince’s albums sound expensive if that makes sense. Sonically, none of his albums sound cheap.

Nah I always have admiration for the production, it sound like Ali mixed it even
These few years I just can't get past the samey flows & hooks
Some here got dope variety but I still feel iffy, might not be for me
It ain't bad by no standards, I'm just not feelin it
I still ain't play it in different situations tho, that's my main thing when judging albums like this

I think the issue is people need instant gratification. If they can’t play it in the club or house party immediately it’s considered weak.
But if they actually listen (Keyword listen) to the music, the lyrics, production, vocals they would appreciate it more.
Don't let edumist see this
Man really said donald should be hanged I'm still dying off that post

I feel ya. Repetition is hard to avoid in music. People find a formula and stick with it.
That’s been my biggest criticism of some artists (like YB for example). I think it’s noticeable for YB because he drops too much music.
I think the difference with Vince is beside his vocals every album sounds different sonically and he experiments a lot with his production while making it sound familiar and like a Vince project.

Free the homies is an example of a great hook that he wouldn't have done in the past
The albums are disctinctly him tho no question

Yea I rocked with the self titled joint and this one riding too.
To each it’s own tho
